Public Comment Hearing

A public hearing to receive public comments regarding proposed amendments to the Texas Lottery Commission procedure Winner Payment Processing and Review, OC-WP-001, a procedure that affects Lotto Texas® players, will be held on Monday, January 7, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at the Texas Lottery Commission, Commission Auditorium, First Floor, 611 E. Sixth Street, Austin, Texas 78701. Persons requiring any accommodation for a disability should notify Michelle Guerrero, Executive Assistant to the General Counsel, Texas Lottery Commission at (512) 344-5113 at least 72 hours prior to the public hearing.
