Public Comment Hearing

March 20, 2013, at 10:00 a.m.
A public hearing to receive public comments regarding proposed amendments to 16 Tex. Admin. Code § 401.307 “Pick 3” On-Line Game Rule and 16 Tex. Admin. Code § 401.316 “Daily 4” On-Line Game Rule will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at 611 E. 6th Street, Austin, Texas 78701. Persons requiring any accommodation for a disability should notify Michelle Guerrero, Executive Assistant to the General Counsel, Texas Lottery Commission at (512) 344-5113 at least 72 hours prior to the public hearing.
